Selamat Datang. IPPTAR welcome all the participants of MTCP 2009. Three courses are conducted by IPPTAR this year. Digital Audio Technology, Radio Jingle Production and TV Production and Direction courses. First participant from Uzbekistant, Sherzod Rahmattillayeb arrived at midnight 8/7/2009, followed by Erdem Carmak from Turkey. IPPTAR is expecting another 28 participants including 6 from local RTM station arriving within the next 3 days. The last participant from Bhutan is expected to arrived early monday morning, 13/7/2009 due to some problem in getting his visa through our Malaysian Embassy in New Delhi, India. On Sunday there will be a registration of the course participants, followed by briefing session on Monday morning. The opening ceremony will take place on Tuesday morning 14/7/2009. The ceremony is expected to be officially opened by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture, Dato' Kamaruddin Siaraf
